Pacwell SRV LLP is built on over three decades of experience in flexible packaging manufacturing. Our founder, Mr. Vikas Aggarwal, has spent 30+ years leading large-scale operations in CPP film manufacturing, metallizing, lamination, and high-precision converting. Over the years, he has managed modern production lines, served global FMCG and pharmaceutical brands, and built a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and disciplined operations.
As healthcare requirements evolved, we identified a growing need for sterile packaging partners who operate with tighter process control, stronger documentation systems, and greater traceability than traditional packaging workflows allow. Pacwell was created as a dedicated extension of this long-standing expertise — focused exclusively on medical sterilization packaging and designed with structured, audit-ready processes.
